Accelerated leadership – Global Management Trainee program (GMT)

Our flagship Global Management Trainee (GMT) program offers an accelerated pathway into leadership for high‑potential graduates and early‑career professionals. Designed to build capability, confidence and commercial understanding, the program provides broad exposure to our business.

What you’ll experience:

  • Immersion – ‘Tours of duty’ across the business to understand operations end-to-end.
  • Mentorship – A personal mentor from the national management team.
  • Global reach – A three-month international project placement.
  • Strategic capability – Hands on exposure to customer solutions at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
  • Annual recruitment intake beginning in Q2.
