ISS extends long-term partnership with Roy Hill

ISS is pleased to announce the extension of our partnership with Roy Hill through a new multi-year agreement, strengthening a collaboration spanning over 12 years. The partnership extension will support Roy Hill’s mining operation in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

From October 2024, ISS will mobilise a new long-term contract to provide fully integrated services to support a world-class residential village environment at Roy Hill. Our service offering includes exceptional food, community engagement, dedicated personnel and training, resident wellness, sustainability and safety. Essential elements for creating a safe and enjoyable village experience, delivering real benefits to the local community and residents.

This extended partnership will enhance services already provided and we aim to elevate the village experience by integrating standout elements from our Balance by Vitality Works program and optimising food-service delivery.

Sustainable practices will include incorporating Pure Space and Tersano products for eco-friendly cleaning, reducing harmful chemicals. Additionally, we’ll continue our data-driven approach to village maintenance and waste management, focusing on minimising food waste.

Through this contract and our growing partnership with Roy Hill, ISS is establishing new industry standards in facility management by prioritising sustainability, safety and customer-centric solutions.
