Our Purpose

Turning our values into action

The IMPACT Foundation was established to create a dedicated and transparent way for ISS to support people, communities and organisations facing disadvantage or hardship.

Backed by an initial commitment of $125,000 from ISS Pacific, the Foundation provides a framework for community investment that aligns with our purpose of connecting people and places to make the world work better.

Our Focus

Supporting people and communities

The Foundation is guided by three focus areas that help direct support to people, communities and organisations where it can have the greatest benefit. ISS Pacific funds the Foundation's administration so contributions can be directed to programs, initiatives and assistance where they can make a difference.

Building resilient communities together

The ISS IMPACT Foundation builds on many years of community partnerships, employee-led initiatives and charitable support across Australia. From education and inclusion programs to veteran support and mental wellbeing initiatives, each milestone has helped shape the Foundation's approach and expand its reach.

Community foundations

ISS Pacific begins formalising its community support activities, establishing internal working groups to coordinate charitable giving and employee volunteering across Australia.

Yalari partnership

ISS Pacific partners with Yalari, supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children through education scholarships that connect young people to quality secondary schooling while honouring their culture.

Movember support

ISS Pacific supports Movember, backing men's health and mental wellbeing initiatives that encourage open conversations, reduce stigma and promote a culture of care across the workforce.

Pinnacle Foundation

ISS Pacific partners with the Pinnacle Foundation to help remove barriers for LGBTQIA+ young people, providing scholarships and mentoring that support education, inclusion and belonging.

Soldier On alliance

ISS Pacific aligns with Soldier On, supporting current and former defence personnel through mental health services, career transition programs and family support that honour their service.

Employee Resource Groups

ISS Pacific establishes Employee Resource Groups across key inclusion areas, creating structured internal networks that champion diversity, equity and belonging for ISS Placemakers across Australia.

IMPACT Foundation launch

ISS Pacific commits $125,000 to formally launch the ISS IMPACT Foundation, registered under the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission, unifying all community support efforts under one purpose.

Growing Our Reach

The Foundation expands its reach through payroll giving, community grants and new partnerships, directing support to hardship assistance, inclusion programs and community organisations across Australia.
