Business and Industry

Business and Industry is ISS Australia's most diverse portfolio encompassing government, commercial, retail, pharmaceutical, stadiums, manufacturing, IT, telecommunications and financial institutions. We provide a wide range of hard and soft services in this sector, specialising in safely delivering Integrated Facility Services to complex environments, which require agility, innovation and professional service delivery.
In the B&I sector, ISS manages complex environments. We deliver technical services for example to large banks, manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies, who rely on ISS to manage their assets and maintenance requirements. We provide a comprehensive solution that ensures the longevity of our client’s assets as well as the safety, continuity and reputation of their business. We deliver Hard FM services to over 300 sites in the Pacific.

In B&I, ISS also manage environments with high populations of staff and visitor numbers. For example, we provide services to world-class stadiums such as the MCG, station platforms in busy metropolitan rail networks, large retail precincts or multi-level corporate offices for customers such as Telstra. In each case, ISS works with our clients to understand the unique requirements of the site and provides a flexible, scalable and bespoke solution to meet changing service requirements.

Across our contracts, ISS is focused on providing the very best ‘visitor or workplace experience’ for our customer’s end-users. We pride ourselves on our ethical employment standards and People & Culture programs, designed to produce a team of engaged, purpose-focused and trained ISS Service Professionals who provide excellent customer service to facility-users at every ‘touchpoint’. Our services are backed by technology and ISS is at the forefront of creating ‘smarter workplaces’ for our customers, using IBM Internet of Things and Workplace Management platforms, to improve the user experience.

ISS provide a value-for money and expert service for our B&I customers, taking on risk and ensuring compliance across our operations. By partnering with ISS, our B&I customers can  focus on their core business, while ensuing their facility-users have an excellent experience each and every day.
