A senior leader in digital innovation and transformation, Claudio’s appointment is pivotal to elevating ISS’s technological capabilities and vision to become the technology leader in the facility management industry.

The former DB Schenker CIO has been instrumental in driving complex business process integration and warehouse automation, and multi-layer solutions development across local, regional and global systems. The logistics services company has a $1 billion AUD turnover business, operating in over 130 countries.
Under Claudio’s leadership, his direct collaborations extended to key stakeholders including the Cluster CEO ANZ in Australia, the APAC CIO in Singapore, and the global headquarters in Germany. His technical expertise and customer-centric mindset complement an interest in DaaP and investigative approach to emerging technologies such as IoT, Blockchain, Big Data, and Digital Twin.
In his new capacity at ISS, Claudio will be integral to the ISS Pacific Country Leadership Team (CLT). The addition of this position to the Country Leadership Team underscores ISS’s commitment to placing technology at the heart of strategic discussions, to facilitate the organisation’s broader objectives.
