ISS has partnered with UoM for six and a half years, and more recently worked closely with our client to enhance service and efficiency. Over the past six months, transitioned our services from night to day cleaning, which has generated significant operational and commercial benefits as well as improved stakeholder feedback about the quality of cleaning. The success of this project and others, demonstrated our expertise in managing change within university environments, our partnership approach, flexibility and commitment to generating the best outcomes for UoM.

Over the tenure of our contract, ISS has also produced quality outcomes on a consistent basis, with no failed audits for KPI’s.
