ISS Pacific I&D Vision

Inclusion and diversity at ISS Australia and New Zealand

ISS Pacific is a people organisation comprising of more than 17,000 unique individuals. We are committed to creating an inclusive, supportive and flexible workplace where all our people are treated fairly and with respect. This includes establishing an environment that builds strength from our differences, promotes gender balance at all levels in our organisation and generates equal opportunity for all staff.                                                                                                                                   At ISS, inclusion and diversity embraces all the ways in which people differ – both visible and invisible. We view inclusion and diversity in the broadest sense, encompassing age, gender, ethnicity, nationality, culture, language, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability, experience and caring commitments.                                                                                                                                      In 2016 ISS began the WGEA Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) citation process with the Australian Government, to formalise our commitment to achieving gender balance in our workplace. Driving our journey is our I&D Committee, which includes our CEO and members of our Leadership team, dedicated to embedding our WGEA goals within the ISS culture and establishing a broader focus on equity and opportunity for everyone in our organisation.
